Terms of Service

Effective July 3, 2026

These terms govern your use of Verbaly, an AI-assisted interview practice app operated by Eldurin LLC ("we", "us"). By using Verbaly, you agree to these terms.

The service

Verbaly helps you practice for job interviews using AI-generated questions and feedback based on content you provide, such as a resume, job details, and spoken answers.

Subscriptions

Verbaly may offer an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed through the app store you downloaded Verbaly from, and automatically renew until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Some features may be limited unless you have an active subscription.

AI-generated content

Verbaly's questions, scores, and feedback are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended as practice guidance only. They are not a guarantee of interview performance or job outcomes, and should not be treated as professional career advice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Verbaly, including by attempting to reverse engineer the app, access it through unauthorized automated means, or use it in any way that could harm the service or other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you provide to Verbaly, such as your resume and spoken answers. You grant us the limited rights necessary to process that content in order to provide the app's features to you.

Intellectual property

Verbaly, including its design, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by Eldurin LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

Verbaly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldurin LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Verbaly.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Verbaly for any user who violates these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
