Eldurin LLC ("we", "us") operates Verbaly, an AI-assisted interview practice app. This policy explains what information Verbaly handles and how.

No accounts

Verbaly does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or a password. An anonymous identifier is used to distinguish your installation from others, so we can keep track of your subscription status and app usage.

Content you provide

To use Verbaly's features, you may provide content such as a resume, job details, and voice recordings of your practice answers. This content is stored primarily on your own device. It may also be sent to our servers and to third-party service providers we use to power features like transcription, analysis, and feedback generation. We do not retain this content on our servers any longer than necessary to provide the feature you requested.

Usage and analytics data

We collect anonymous usage information (such as which features are used and how often) and subscription/billing status through third-party analytics and payment providers. This usage data does not include the substance of your resume, answers, or recordings.

Cookies on our website

Our website (verbaly.app) uses cookies and similar technologies for anonymous analytics — for example, to understand how many people visit and which links they follow. This helps us measure whether our pages are useful. These cookies do not identify you personally, and you can block or delete them through your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.

Permissions

Verbaly requests microphone access solely to record your spoken practice answers. It is not used for any other purpose.

Data deletion

You can delete content within the app at any time, and uninstalling the app removes data stored on your device. If you'd like anything associated with your installation removed from our servers, contact us at the email below and include the User ID shown in the app under Settings → About (emails sent via the app's Contact Support option include it automatically), so we can locate the data belonging to your installation.

Children's privacy

Verbaly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of Verbaly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
